The CBI has registered a case of felony breach of belief and corruption in opposition to a Kathua-based instructional belief run by former Jammu and Kashmir minister Lal Singh’s household and sure authorities servants, officers stated on Tuesday.

The company officers carried out searches on Tuesday morning at 9 areas — three in Jammu and 6 at Kathua — in reference to the case, in accordance with the officers.

Besides naming the R B Educational Trust, by which Singh’s spouse and son are the members, the others named within the FIR embody the then Kathua deputy commissioner, the officers stated.
