India, Nepal to carry talks below ‘oversight mechanism’ on Aug 17: MEA

India and Nepal will maintain talks on August 17 below their “oversight mechanism” for reviewing all bilateral financial and developmental tasks within the Himalayan nation, the Ministry of External Affairs stated on Friday.
