Mamata Banerjee to carry Covid overview conferences of 9 districts on Aug 24 & 25

Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will maintain an administrative assembly by way of video conferencing with 9 district administrations on August 24 and 25. According to sources, the CM will overview the progress of various improvement tasks and Covid scenario in these districts.

Sources stated on August 24, Banerjee will maintain a gathering from Nabanna with the district administrative officers of North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, Howrah and Hooghly at three pm. The subsequent day, she’s going to proceed the assembly with officers of Purba Bardhman, Paschim Bardhman, Birbhum, Bankura and Purulia.

A senior state administration official stated, “Lockdown and the following financial constraint have stalled a number of improvement tasks within the state. With the Assembly elections not far away, our CM desires to resolve these points as quickly as potential. She can even deal with the issues of corruption prices that had been raised following Amphan and Covid crises.”
